Position Description: Administration Officer – Child Contact Services

The Administration Officer – Child Contact Services will be the first point of contact with clients and community. As such, it is essential that they are pleasant, courteous, highly professional, and have the ability to interact with a wide and diverse community.
This primary function of this position is to provide assistance and administrative support to the Child Contact Services and Family Relationship Services
This position offers the successful applicant an opportunity to learn on the job the key responsibilities and duties of working within the Child Contact Services and Family Relationship Service in a supportive environment.
Qualifications and Experience:

Certificate IV in Business Administration.

Data entry experience desirable.

A current driver’s licence and a willingness to travel and preparedness to be accommodated overnight when required.
