The Manager Partnerships, Assets and Administration will be responsible for the acquisition, growth and maintenance of partnerships and driving the expansion of the fundraising capabilities of Mallee Family Care and the Chances for Children Program.
 
It includes responsibility for:
  • The development, delivery and review of the Mallee Family Care Partnership and Fundraising Strategy.
  • Review and implementation of the Chances Strategic Plan.
  • Review and implementation of the organisational policies, procedures, and program manuals within the areas of partnerships, assets, and administration
  • The management of Mallee Family Care’s assets portfolio which includes:
  • Buildings (owned or leased).
  • Fleet.
  • The associated maintenance and insurance of the asset’s portfolio.
The leadership of:
  • Partnership and Fundraising Officer.
  • Chances Program Recipient Support Officers.
  • Assets and Administration Officer.
  • Team Leader Reception Southern Mallee.
  • Team Leader Reception Northern Mallee
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A relevant Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, Fundraising or similar.
  • Previous experience in business development or community initiatives and management within the non for profit sector.
  • A current drivers licence, a willingness to travel and preparedness to be accommodated overnight when required.
