The Manager Partnership and Business Development will be responsible for the acquisition, growth and maintenance of corporate partnerships and driving the expansion of the fundraising and business development capabilities of Mallee Family Care.
 
It includes responsibility for the development, delivery and review of the Partnership and Fundraising Strategy and associated organisational policies and oversight of the Partnership and Fundraising Officer:
  • Responsibility for the management and delivery of the Chances for Children Program, The Chances Strategic Plan and oversight of the Chances Recipient Support Officers (x2).
  • Responsibility for the management of Mallee Family Care’s assets portfolio which includes:
 The planning, delivery and compliance of MFC’s current and future office needs and maintenance program:
  • Fleet Management
  • Responsibility for the Assets Officer
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A relevant Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, Fundraising or similar.
  • Previous experience in business development or community initiatives and management within the non for profit sector.
  • A current drivers licence, a willingness to travel and preparedness to be accommodated overnight when required.
