Position Description: Team Leader Counselling Services
The Family Relationship Services programs at Mallee Family Care aim to assist families, couples, individuals and children through the provision of counselling, group work, support for separated families and family relationship skill building and education opportunities. The Family Relationship Services programs broadly consist of Child Contact Service, Family and Relationship Counselling, Post Separation, Family Dispute Resolution, Child Mental Health and LGBTIQ teams.
Reporting to the Manager Family Relationship Services, the Team Leader oversees the day-to-day operations and supervision of the suite of Counselling, Group work programs and General Intake. The position will contribute to the overall operations of the counselling programs reporting requirements and will provide backfill and oversite responsibilities.
Qualifications and Experience:

Tertiary qualification at Degree level or above in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or related discipline.

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a practice context alongside leadership experience in providing supervision to others in a counselling context.

Current drivers licence.
